Shipping policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been processed, it will be sent to production and prepared for shipment.

Please note that processing times may be longer during holidays, sales events, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping Rates

Flat Rate Shipping: $9.50 on orders under $90
Free Shipping: Orders of $90 or more qualify for free standard shipping

Shipping rates are calculated before taxes and discounts.

Estimated Delivery Times

After processing, most orders arrive within:

United States: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information so you can monitor your package's progress.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. American Valor Apparel is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@americanvalorapparel.com. We will work with the carrier to help resolve the issue.
